A six-story hotel located in Skardu, Pakistan has been designed by one of the best architects in Pakistan Mr. Abdullah Khan and team to provide visitors with a unique and memorable experience while maintaining a strong connection to the local culture of the region. The building was constructed with a focus on sustainability, incorporating both traditional and modern construction techniques that make it an eco-friendly destination.
The hotel’s design is based on a combination of traditional and contemporary elements. The exterior of the building is clad with locally sourced stone and plaster, while the interior features an elegant and modern design with a minimalist approach. The building’s most striking feature is its rooftop garden, which not only provides guests with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains but also serves as an organic farm, providing fresh produce for the hotel’s restaurant.
The six-story hotel comprises of 30 luxurious guest rooms, including a presidential suite located on the top floor offering panoramic views of the city. The guest rooms have been thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort, with each room equipped with all the modern amenities and facilities, including air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet.
