NEW 24 KANAL COMMERCIAL MIX USE BUILDING DESIGN IN 2023

PROJECT TITLE:MIX USE COMMERCIAL BUILDING
LOCATION:KASUR
AREA:24 KANAL
CLIENT:MR. KASHIF KHOKHAR

Mix Use building design, and their commercial mix-use building is no exception. This unique structure blends residential and commercial functions, creating a harmonious space where people can live, work, and play.

The design of this building utilizes deconstructive architectural approach, with a mix of glass, steel, and concrete. The façade is sleek and modern, with a combination of straight lines and curves that give it a futuristic look. The building stands tall, with several floors of residential apartments on top and retail shops on the bottom.

The commercial mix-use building is designed to be energy efficient, with plenty of natural light and ventilation. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for maximum daylight penetration while reducing dependence on artificial lighting. The materials used in construction are also environmentally friendly, with recycled steel and concrete being used whenever possible. Rainwater harvesting systems are incorporated into the building’s design, providing a sustainable source of water for both commercial and residential occupants.

One of the unique features of this building is the way it seamlessly integrates residential and commercial functions within a single space. On the ground floor, there are several spacious shops and restaurants, providing a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The upper floors house luxurious apartments, complete with modern amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and recreational areas. There’s even a rooftop garden where residents can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Overall, the MAK Architects designed commercial mix-use building is a testament to the studio commitment to creating innovative, sustainable, and functional buildings that meet the needs of modern society. The building’s unique design elements, sustainability features, and blend of residential and commercial functions make it a symbol of the 21st-century cityscape.
